We recognize that every business is different and your needs will be unique to your business. We do not take a "one size fits all" approach like other generic pre-paid legal programs who aren't lawyers that actually know your business and we aren't going to charge you for services that you aren't going to need. We also know that businesses may come to us at various stages - like the early concept/planning stage, the early operating stage, or the long term existing business stage. As such, we like to start relatively small and if you need to add things on "ala carte" on top of a base monthly fee for a set term, you have the flexibility to do that - most services can be added and billed at a discounted rate for our Outside In-House Counsel Services.
